Elusive Otter has it & Frolicking Familiar is a Otter Wizard with flying "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Frolicking Familar gets +1/+1 until end of turn" so its a worse prowess. anyway been playing izzet Prowess Otters in standard. its fun

My playgroup is so silly, we had one guy at our lg who was new and was so far behind in the late game one of our group gave them an extra turn,which then let that player win the game lol we were so shocked but nobody was mad because it was so funny

My favorite commander and my strongest deck; although i did have it originally sub $50, until i pulled some fetches that I added and also an ancient green warden & awaken the woods. Otherwise i think scapeshift at $7 is the most expensive card otherwise lol. all my decks are sub $100, minus onmath and necrobloom and that solely due to upgraded lands.

Built this as a budget commander and it wrecks. You just put in the kami thats hardened scales on a creature , renata/good fortune unicorn effects and all the super cheap colorles creatures that cost x or xx and som modular bois and just slam face because you run the cards that say if creatures you control have +1/+1 counters on them they get trample, flying, lifelink etc

I built Lae'zel/Master Chef counters a while back and had this bad boy in the deck from the start. My original commander choices were fun but not that great, so I decided to swap them out for Hamza. Holy CRAP what a change of pave! Love this guy!

for maralen you should use opposition agent, you can get her out turn 3 and oppo out turn 4, as long as nobody has removal in their hands you literally just win because nobody can do anything since you get to take all their card draw for yourself and take all their best cards

Hamza was the first commander deck I built that wasn't a precon upgrade. I still use him, he's one of my favorites!

You could cast Eldrazi cards really cheap or for nothing like Ulamog’s Crusher, Artisan of Kozilek and Desolation Twin for example.
